What a fantastic game for our Baltimore Orioles, securing a strong 7-2 win against the Minnesota Twins! Let's break down the key moments that led us to this glorious victory.
Explosive Offense by the Orioles 
The game started off slowly, with both teams failing to score in the 1st inning. However, the 2nd inning was a completely different story. Adley Rutschman hit a single to left field, setting the stage for Ryan O'Hearn to launch a massive 399-foot home run to right field, bringing Rutschman home and putting us up 2-0. It was a spectacular way to kick off the game!
In the 7th inning, Colton Cowser added to the lead with a solo homer to right, making it 3-0 for the Orioles. The 8th inning was an absolute masterclass, with our offense piling on the runs. Jackson Holliday, Cedric Mullins, Ramón Urías, and Anthony Santander all contributed with crucial hits to extend our lead to 7-0.
Dominant Pitching and Defense 
Our pitching was on point all night. The Twins were unable to get on the board until the 9th inning, and by then, it was too little, too late. Special shoutout to our pitchers for keeping the Twins at bay and displaying such outstanding control and power on the mound.
