Big Win for the Orioles: 9-5 Victory Over the Mets 
What a game, Orioles fans! Our team put on a show against the New York Mets, securing a 9-5 win and giving us plenty to cheer about! Let's break down the action. First Inning Fireworks
The game started strong, with Austin Slater singling to right. Although he got caught stealing, Gunnar Henderson drew a walk, setting the stage for Anthony Santander to launch a 402-foot homer to left-center field
. We were up 2-0 early and the Mets had no answer in the bottom half, thanks to some solid pitching.Extending the Lead
In the top of the 2nd, Colton Cowser tripled to left and later scored on a sacrifice fly by James McCann. The bottom of the inning saw the Mets continuing to struggle at the plate, going down in order. The top of the 4th was another highlight, with Cowser doubling and later scoring on an infield single by Ramón UrÃas. McCann then crushed a two-run homer to left, adding to our lead, making it 6-1.Middle Innings and a Mets Rally
In the 5th, Eloy Jiménez doubled to center, bringing in Henderson to make it 7-1. The Mets managed to score only one run till the 8th inning when a fielding error and a homer by J.D. Martinez suddenly cut our lead to 7-5. It was getting tense!Clutch Plays to Seal the Win
The top of the 9th inning was clutch! Cedric Mullins singled to center and eventually scored along with Ryan Mountcastle on a wild sequence that included a throwing error by the Mets' left fielder and pitcher. This secured our 9-5 lead!Shutting it Down
Craig Kimbrel took care of business in the bottom of the 9th, ensuring the Mets wouldn't mount a comeback. He struck out Tyrone Taylor looking to end the game. What a relief!Final Thoughts
