We kicked off the game with a bang in the bottom of the 1st inning! Connor Norby set the tone with a solo homer to right, putting us on the board early. Our defense and pitching were on point, keeping the Cubs at bay through the next few innings. Even though the Cubs managed to score one run in the 2nd inning, they couldn't gain much momentum. Our boys truly brought their A-game today with stellar performances from Connor Norby, Jesus Sánchez, and Kyle Stowers.
