White Sox Power Display

What a game for our Chicago White Sox! 🎉 We came out swinging early against the Angels and never looked back, securing a convincing 8-4 win. The bats were on fire right from the start!

Early Lead

In the top of the 1st inning, Andrew Benintendi set the tone with a towering home run to right, scoring Luis Robert Jr. to put us up 2-0. Not to be outdone, Andrew Vaughn followed up with a solo shot of his own, pushing the lead to 3-0. 💥

Adding On

The White Sox kept pouring it on in the 2nd inning. After DeLoach and Robert Jr. both reached base, Benintendi and Vaughn drove in more runs, giving us a commanding 6-0 lead. In the 3rd inning, Lenyn Sosa continued the power surge with a homer to left, extending the lead to 7-1!

Shutting Them Down

Our pitching was solid too. After giving up a solo homer to Eric Wagaman in the 2nd and another to Charles Leblanc in the 5th, our staff bounced back and kept the Angels in check. Kudos to our bullpen for slamming the door after a minor hiccup in the 7th inning. 🙌

Benintendi Shines Again

Andrew Benintendi added another home run in the 7th inning, making it an 8-2 game. He was unstoppable today, showing why he's such a key player for us!

Final Thoughts

The Angels tried to mount a comeback, scoring two runs in the bottom of the 7th, but our team stayed strong to seal the victory. The final score was 8-4, a testament to both our powerful offense and the resilience of our pitching staff.

This was a great win for the White Sox! Let's keep this momentum going into the next game! 💪⚾
