Rockies Edge Out White Sox in 14-Inning Thriller 
Rockies fans, what a heart-stopping rollercoaster of a game we just witnessed! Our boys managed to outlast the Chicago White Sox in a 14-inning marathon, final score 5-4. Let's dive into the key moments that led to this epic victory.Early Lead and Consistent Defense 
We started strong with Ryan McMahon singling to left in the 2nd inning, followed by Elias Díaz’s single to right. McMahon scored on a balk, and Díaz was brought home by Michael Toglia’s single. A sacrifice fly from Hunter Goodman made it 2-0. Our defense held steady with quick outs, ensuring White Sox runs were scarce.White Sox Fight Back 
The White Sox didn’t make it easy, though. Andrew Vaughn homered in the 4th inning, and they eventually tied the game 2-2 in the 7th. Vaughn proved to be a thorn in our side, consistently getting on base and driving in runs.Extra Innings Drama 
Both teams had their chances, but the game remained tied through the 13th inning. In the 10th, Sam Hilliard, running for Díaz, scored on Goodman’s sac fly. The White Sox responded by tying it again, and it seemed like this game would never end!Clutch Performances in the 14th 
Finally, in the 14th inning, Hilliard sacrificed to move McMahon to third, who then scored on Toglia’s sacrifice fly, giving us a 5-4 lead. Jake Beeks closed out the bottom of the 14th with a strikeout and two groundouts, sealing our victory.Final Thoughts
