What a game, Rockies fans! Our Colorado Rockies stormed into Yankee Stadium and delivered an impressive 9-2 victory over the New York Yankees! From start to finish, the Rockies showcased exceptional skill, both at the plate and on the mound. Here's a recap of this spectacular game:Early Lead for the Rockies 
In the top of the first, Ezequiel Tovar set the tone with a double to left. Following a strikeout, Ryan McMahon singled to left, driving in Tovar to give us an early lead of 1-0. Brendan Rodgers struck out looking, but that first run was just the beginning!Breaking Away in the 3rd Inning 
The third inning was nothing short of explosive for us! With Tovar doubling again and scoring on a single from Brenton Doyle, the Rockies extended their lead to 3-0. Then, a series of strategic plays, including a catcher's interference and a two-RBI double by Nolan Jones, saw the Rockies stretch the lead to a commanding 6-0!Yankees' Brief Fightback

The Yankees tried to claw back in the bottom of the third and fourth innings with an RBI double and a homer from Alex Verdugo, bringing the score to 6-2. But our pitching and defense held strong, preventing a full-blown comeback.Toglia and Cave's Heroics 
In the fifth inning, Michael Toglia blasted a 422-foot homer to center, stretching the lead to 7-2. Then in the seventh, Jake Cave hit a massive two-run homer, further extending our lead to 9-2. The Yankees were left stunned and unable to respond.Sealing the Victory

The pitching staff, including standout performances from Blalock, Peralta, and Chivilli kept the Yankees' bats silent, culminating in a perfect ninth inning by Molina, who k'ed two Yankees to finish the game.Final Score: Rockies 9, Yankees 2.
