Tough Loss in Extra Innings
Well, Orioles fans, this one stings a bit. The O's fought hard but ultimately fell to the Detroit Tigers 6-4 in an extra-inning battle.

The game started off quietly for both sides, but things took a turn in the top of the 2nd inning. Detroit's Dillon Dingler hit a clutch triple to drive in two runs after Riley Greene and Trey Sweeney got on base. We found ourselves down 0-2 early on. Kudos to Emmanuel Rivera who responded with a sacrifice fly in the bottom half, bringing in Adley Rutschman to narrow the gap to 1-2.Missed Opportunities
Both teams couldn't do much through the next few innings. Our boys left some runners stranded and had a few key strikeouts, which was frustrating to watch. Notably, in the 4th inning, Adley Rutschman got thrown out at home, missing a golden opportunity to even the score.Fighting Spirit

The 10th inning didn't go our way. The Tigers managed to score two runs thanks to Riley Greene's single and Jace Jung's double. Despite having a chance to come back, our boys fell short in the bottom half. Heston Kjerstad struck out swinging, and Daniel Johnson grounded out to end the game.
