A Rocky Rivalry: Battling the Angels
What an exciting game at Coors Field today! Our Colorado Rockies had a tight showdown against the Los Angeles Angels, clinching a 3-1 victory. The game started a bit rocky (pun intended

Steady Pitching and Defensive Goodies
The Rockies’ defense held strong, especially with some timely strikeouts by our pitchers. Braxton Fulford was a beast in catcher mode, helping us keep the Angels' runners in check. And let's not overlook Kyle Karros, who made that crucial sacrifice fly in the bottom of the second, letting Blaine Crim touch home plate. Crim not only scored but also gave us something to cheer about with his solo homerun in the fourth!

Closing the Show in Style!
By the eighth inning, things were still tight with a narrow 2-1 lead. But once again, it was Blaine Crim who stepped up with a key RBI that brought Mickey Moniak home, extending our edge to 3-1. A shoutout to our bullpen team: Herget, Mejia, and Vodnik, who slammed the doors shut, ensuring the Angels didn't have a chance to make a comeback. Their combined efforts capped off a brilliant close to the game.
Overall, this match was a testament to the Rockies' spirit, and I can't wait to see what's next for our Boys in Purple! Go Rockies!
