Rockies Secure Thrilling 7-6 Victory Over Dodgers! 
What a game, Rockies fans! The Colorado Rockies pulled off a nail-biting 7-6 win against the Los Angeles Dodgers at Coors Field. Let's dive into the action!
A Strong Start in the 1st Inning 
The Rockies came out swinging after a shaky start for the Dodgers. With two outs, Ryan McMahon singled to right, and Jacob Stallings walked. Then, Michael Toglia launched a mammoth 427-foot homer to center, putting the Rockies up 3-0!
Ohtani Strikes Back, Dodgers Take the Lead 
The Dodgers quickly responded in the top of the 2nd inning. After a rocky sequence leading to bases loaded, Shohei Ohtani doubled to center, clearing the bases and tying the game. Freddie Freeman followed up with an RBI single, giving the Dodgers a 4-3 advantage.
Back-and-Forth Battle 
The Rockies refused to back down. In the bottom of the 4th, Toglia tripled and was brought home by Sean Bouchard's groundout to tie the game at 4-4. But the Dodgers reclaimed the lead in the top of the 5th with a two-run double by Jason Heyward, making it 6-4.
Rockies Rally in the 7th 
The bottom of the 7th saw the Rockies pull off an incredible comeback. Bouchard doubled, setting up Elehuris Montero, who reached on an error, allowing Bouchard to score. Adael Amador’s double moved Montero to third, and a sacrifice fly by Brenton Doyle brought him home to tie it up once again, 6-6!
Clutch Performance in the Bottom of the 9th 
With the scores tied in the bottom of the 9th, the Rockies had one last shot. Jake Cave singled to left, and Montero followed with another single. After a fielder's choice moved Cave to third, it was Doyle's sacrifice fly to center that sealed the deal. Cave scored, and the Rockies won 7-6!
