A Promising Start, But a Tough Finish 
Well, Marlins fans, today wasn't our day at Citizens Bank Park. Despite our hopes, the Phillies managed to turn things around after our initial lead to take the game 11-1. With the sun high, we kicked things off with promise, grabbing an early lead when Eric Wagaman singled to left, bringing Connor Norby home. That brief moment of glory was a highlight we'll cherish, especially before the Philadelphia deluge.Phillies' Power Surge 
In the third inning, the Phillies' Kyle Schwarber launched a homer to tie the game, but things quickly escalated in the following innings. It seemed like they were hitting home runs for fun, with Edmundo Sosa and Bryson Stott following suit in the fourth inning. Sosa wasn't done yet, adding another homer in the fifth and the seventh innings, part of a five-homer parade from the Phillies. This power display was simply hard to contain.Searching for Positives 
While our lineup struggled to regain momentum against a tough Phillies pitching crew, there were some silver linings. Eric Wagaman put in a solid performance at the plate, and Jakob Marsee showed his hustle with some daring plays, though the Phillies' defense was too tight. On the mound, our pitchers had a rough outing, but they gave it their all against one of the league's toughest lineups.Chin up, Marlins fans!
