Hey Twins fans! It wasn't a great day for us as we faced off against the Milwaukee Brewers. 🍃 Let's dive into the game summary and see how it unfolded for our beloved Minnesota Twins. 🤞

Rough Start for the Twins

The game started with a bit of bad luck for our Twins. In the top of the 1st inning, after a single from Sal Frelick and a couple of miscues, the Brewers managed to capitalize on a throwing error by Ryan Jeffers, allowing the Brewers to take an early lead 2-0. Despite some promising plays, including Byron Buxton managing a walk in the bottom of the 1st, our bats couldn't bring in any runs. 😓

Mid-Game Struggles

Unfortunately, the struggles continued through the middle innings. With William Contreras and Christian Yelich adding to the Brewers' score, our boys were trailing 4-0 by the end of the 2nd inning. We saw some solid defensive plays, and Carlos Correa did manage a nice double in the 6th inning, but it wasn't enough to put any points on the board. The Brewers kept their momentum, and by the end of the 8th inning, they were leading 7-0.

A Tough Finish

As much as we were hoping for a comeback, the Brewers continued their strong showing. In the top of the 9th, they extended their lead to 9-0. Despite Buxton starting the bottom of the 8th with a single and Correa giving it his all in the 9th, our team couldn't spark a late rally.

A tough game for our Twins, but we'll bounce back! 🙌 Every game is a new opportunity, and we'll be ready to cheer on our team as they continue the season. Let's stay hopeful and keep supporting our boys in the coming games. Go Twins! 💪⚾
