A Strong Start! 
The Brewers set the tone early with a stellar performance in the top of the 2nd inning. After a relatively quiet first inning, our bats came alive! Willy Adames started with an infield single and subsequently stole second base. Rhys Hoskins' walk was followed by a clutch double from Sal Frelick, driving in Adames and moving Hoskins to third. Joey Ortiz then singled to center, allowing both Hoskins and Frelick to score. Our boys put up a 3-spot on the board, establishing dominance early on! 
Holding the Lead 
The Pirates fought back with two runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning, but kudos to our pitcher for minimizing the damage. Despite the pressure, we kept them at bay for the rest of the game. Our defense was solid, and we managed to shut down any potential rallies from the Pirates. Special shoutout to Milner, Rea, and Payamps for handling mid-inning relief work efficiently. Our bullpen came through like champs as always! Sealing the Deal 
In the top of the 7th inning, we added three insurance runs to our total. Jackson Chourio singled to center and Blake Perkins walked, loading the bases after William Contreras also walked. While Gary Sánchez struck out, Willy Adames walked, pushing Chourio over the plate. With Rhys Hoskins taking another walk, Perkins scored as well. A sacrifice fly from Frelick brought Contreras home, making the score a comfortable 7-2. 
Closing it Out 
Our bullpen sealed the Pirates' fate. Megill came in to relieve in the 7th, inducing a crucial double play to stop any Pirate momentum. Payamps and Ross finished the final two innings seamlessly. The Pirates' last effort in the 9th inning with De La Cruz and Triolo getting on base was thwarted, as a fielder's choice grounder ended their hopes. Final Score: Brewers 7, Pirates 2. What a fantastic win for our Brewers! Let's keep this momentum going!
