Tough Start for the Giants 
The Giants had a rough start in the game against the Brewers. In the top of the 1st inning, Jackson Chourio doubled to right, setting up William Contreras and Willy Adames to bring home two runs. That early 0-2 deficit really stung, but our boys fought back right away!Getting on the Board 
Leading off the bottom of the 1st, Mike Yastrzemski walked, but a fielder's choice and a strikeout left us with two outs. Then, a spark! Matt Chapman doubled to left field, scoring Heliot Ramos and cutting the Brewers' lead to one (1-2). Unfortunately, we couldn't get more out of it as LaMonte Wade Jr. fouled out to end the inning.The Middle Innings 
The middle innings were quite the pitcher's duel. Roupp and Beck kept the Brewers largely in check, but we struggled to get anything going offensively. Our defense and pitching held the Brewers scoreless from the 2nd to the 5th inning, but a solo homer by Garrett Mitchell in the 6th extended Milwaukee's lead to 1-3. Yastrzemski's Blast 
In the bottom of the 6th, Mike Yastrzemski gave us something to cheer about! His homer to right (346 feet) brought us back within one run (2-3). This was a vital boost, showing we were still in this game. However, Ramos, Conforto, and Chapman couldn’t follow up and the inning ended without further scoring.The Final Push 
Moving into the bottom of the 9th, trailing 2-3, Heliot Ramos reached on an infield single to start things off. With the tying run on first, we felt the hope surge. Unfortunately, Michael Conforto struck out, Chapman popped out, and although Mark Canha walked to advance Ramos to second, Tyler Fitzgerald struck out to end the game.Final Thoughts 
It was a tough 3-2 loss to the Brewers. Early runs put us in a hole we couldn't quite climb out of, despite some flashes of brilliance. Shoutout to Mike Yastrzemski for his resilience and homer, but we’ll need more consistency across the lineup to secure these close games. Let’s pick up the pieces and come back stronger next time, Giants fans!
