What an emotional rollercoaster, fellow Mets fans. Last night's game against the Marlins was a thriller that, sadly, didn't end in our favor. The final score was a soul-crushing 9-10 loss in extra innings. Let's unpack this wild ride.A Promising Start

We saw our boys put up a solid two runs in the top of the 1st, thanks to key hits from Francisco Lindor, J.D. Martinez, and Mark Vientos. By the end of the 5th inning, we had stretched the lead to a comfortable 7-2. Hits were coming from all directions, with Harrison Bader and Jeff McNeil driving in crucial runs. At this point, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't already tasting victory.
