Yankees Dominate Mariners in 11-2 Victory! 🎉

Yanks fans, what a game! Our New York Yankees stormed Seattle and came out with a commanding 11-2 win over the Mariners! Let's break down the highlights and key moments that led to this outstanding victory.

Strong Start Sets the Tone

Right out of the gate, the Yankees showed they meant business. In the top of the 1st inning, Gleyber Torres reached on an infield single to third, followed by Juan Soto's double. Then, our star Aaron Judge came through with a double to left, bringing in Torres and Soto. The Yankees were up 2-0, and it was just the beginning!

Judge and Soto Shine 🌟

The second inning saw more fireworks from our lineup. Aaron Judge continued to rake, hitting a single to left that scored both Alex Verdugo and Torres, putting us up 4-0. A solo homer from Mariners’ Jorge Polanco in the bottom of the inning managed to get them on the board, but it was not enough to stop our momentum.

Soto Goes Yard! 💣

The power continued in the 4th inning when Juan Soto launched a two-run homer to left center, extending our lead to 6-1. Jasson Domínguez also joined the home run parade with a solo shot to center in the 5th inning, making it 7-1.

Wells Clears the Bases

In the 6th inning, Austin Wells delivered a crucial blow with a bases-clearing double to right, driving in Aaron Judge, Soto, and Verdugo. This pushed our lead even further to a whopping 10-1. Wells simply came through in the clutch!

Strong Finish 💪

Despite a solo homer from Mariners’ Luke Raley in the 8th inning, our bullpen shut things down. Another key insurance run was scored by Jazz Chisholm Jr. in the top of the 9th thanks to Oswaldo Cabrera's single, making it 11-2.

Sealing the Victory

The bottom of the 9th was efficiently handled by our pitching. Julio Rodriguez managed to get a single, but Cal Raleigh and Randy Arozarena were quickly retired, securing the dominant victory.

What an amazing game by our boys in pinstripes! Let's keep this momentum rolling. Go Yankees! 🎆⚾
