Marlins Make a Statement with Dominant Victory! 
The Miami Marlins absolutely crushed it last night with a stunning 10-1 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies!

Right from the get-go, Xavier Edwards set the tone by walking and stealing second. It was Connor Norby who brought the crowd to their feet with a massive homer (418 feet!) to left-center, sending both him and Edwards home. The first inning ended with us leading 2-0. What a start! 
Building Momentum in the Second Inning 
Javier Sanoja doubled to center, and Nick Fortes's groundout moved him to third. Edwards delivered a sacrifice fly to bring Sanoja home. We wrapped up the second inning 3-0. The team was on fire! 
Dominating the Third Inning 
This inning was a masterclass in offense! Jesús Sánchez walked, Jonah Bride hit a single, and Otto Lopez followed with another single, allowing Sánchez to score. Griffin Conine and Sanoja both slapped singles, pushing the scoreline to 6-0. But we weren't done yet! Fortes doubled, sending both Sanoja and Conine home. Norby struck again with his second homer of the night (401 feet!), piling up the score to 10-0. Marlins were untouchable! 
Maintaining the Lead with Stellar Defense 
Our pitchers and fielders kept it locked down, not letting the Phillies get any momentum. Norby made a slight error in the sixth, but it didn’t cost us thanks to efficient recovery plays. Kudos to the entire defensive lineup for staying sharp! 
Final Push from the Phillies 
In the ninth inning, the Phillies managed to get a run with Bryce Harper singling to center and Johan Rojas scoring. But that was all she wrote; Victor Bermudez wrapped it up with a strikeout, and the game was ours at 10-1.
