Rockies Erupt in Monster Win Over Pirates!
Wow, what a game, Rockies fans!
We absolutely crushed it today against the Pirates, finishing with a dazzling score of 16-4! Our bats were on fire, and the defense was rock solid. Let's dive into the action! 
️Rocky Start, Explosive Finish
The game started off slow, with both teams failing to score through the first two innings. Both our guys and the Pirates were having trouble making contact, and it seemed like we might be in for a pitching duel. But boy, did things turn around.
In the 3rd inning, Hunter Goodman broke the ice with a massive 440-foot homer to center field, giving us the early lead. This proved to be just the beginning. By the 4th inning, we saw contributions from almost everyone. Jake Cave and Hunter Goodman once again made key hits, bringing the score to 4-1 by the end of the 4th.
Never Looked Back
The Pirates managed to chip away with a couple of runs, but our guys never faltered. Ryan McMahon and Michael Toglia kept the momentum with fantastic doubles and walks. One of the game highlights came in the 7th inning when Hunter Goodman blasted another homer, this time a 429-foot shot to dead center, extending our comfortable lead.
And how about that 8th inning? Toglia crushed a grand slam, putting the game way out of reach and bringing everyone at Coors Field to their feet.

Our pitching staff was lights out, too! Hartlieb, Beeks, and Molina all came in to shut down the Pirates, allowing only 4 scattered runs throughout the game. Molina had the honors of closing the game with a strikeout, a groundout, and a couple of easy flyouts, ensuring our victory with style.This was an all-around team effort, and it's the kind of performance that makes us proud to be Rockies fans.
