For the majority of the game, the Giants played with confidence and capitalized early. In the 4th inning, a sacrifice fly from Casey Schmitt brought Dominic Smith home, putting us on the board. Shortly after, a crucial double from Drew Gilbert batted in Matt Chapman, giving us a 2-0 lead and control of the game.
