As a die-hard Seattle Mariners fan, there's nothing more gut-wrenching than a close game that doesn't end in our favor, especially against division rivals like the Oakland Athletics. Despite a solid effort, our Mariners just couldn't get enough runs across the plate, leading to a narrow 2-1 loss.
