Mariners Triumph Over Rays 5-2! 
What a game, M's fans! Our Seattle Mariners took on the Tampa Bay Rays and came out victorious with a 5-2 score! Here's a quick rundown of the game that had all of us on the edge of our seats.Slow Start But Strong Finish 
The game started out a bit slow for us. In the first inning, both teams were held scoreless. J.P. Crawford flied out to left, Josh Rojas struck out swinging, and Julio Rodríguez also struck out swinging. The Rays, on their turn, managed just a single by Yandy Díaz but also failed to score.Rays Take Early Lead 
Tampa Bay managed to get on the scoreboard first in the 3rd inning. After José Caballero's double and a couple of solid plays, Yandy Díaz singled to bring Caballero home, making it 1-0 Rays. Our guys had a tough time getting hits in the first few innings, but don't worry, things picked up soon!Raleigh’s Heroic Homer! 
The 6th inning was where the magic happened. J.P. Crawford walked and Josh Rojas grounded into a fielder's choice, putting Rojas on first. Julio Rodríguez then walked, setting the stage. Cal Raleigh came up to bat and hit a massive 422-feet homer to right field, scoring himself, Rojas, and Rodríguez. Just like that, we were leading 3-1! Crawford Adds Insurance 
In the 7th inning, our bats stayed hot. Mitch Garver singled, and Dominic Canzone reached on an infield single. After a sacrifice and a strikeout, J.P. Crawford singled to left, bringing home both Garver and Canzone. That put us ahead 5-1! Closing Time 
Our bullpen did an outstanding job closing the game. Voth, Stanek, and Muñoz held the Rays at bay. Despite a slightly shaky 9th inning where Palacios's fielder's choice allowed the Rays to score another run, Rosario grounded into a double play to end the game. Final Thoughts 
Overall, it was a fantastic win for our Mariners. Cal Raleigh’s homer and J.P. Crawford’s clutch hitting really stood out. Our pitching was solid all game, and this win is a great boost for the team's confidence. Way to go, Mariners!
