Thrilling Victory for the Cardinals! 🙂

What a game, Cardinals fans! Our boys clinched a huge win against the Braves with a final score of 9-5. From the get-go, we set the tone, and it was an all-around fantastic effort.

Early Lead in the First Inning

Masyn Winn kicked things off with a triple, and Alec Burleson did his job with a sacrifice fly to bring Winn home. Willson Contreras also got a single, setting us up nicely, though Paul Goldschmidt and Brendan Donovan couldn't capitalize. Still, we had the early lead!

Dominant Second Inning 🥳

This inning was a highlight reel! Nolan Gorman blasted a homer, bringing Nolan Arenado with him. Siani walked and stole second before Masyn Winn reached with an infield single. Burleson and Contreras both singled to drive in more runs. By the end of it, we had a commanding 5-1 lead!

A Braves Pushback

Braves tried to claw back with homers from Ozuna in the 4th and back-to-back jacks in the 6th from Riley, Ozuna, and Rosario. It got dicey as they closed the gap to 6-5.

Security with Insurance Runs 💪

No worries, Cardinals fans! We added some extra padding in the 9th, thanks to Siani's single and stolen bases, followed by Alec Burleson and Willson Contreras singles. Donovan's clutch hit drove in two more runs, sealing the deal with a 9-5 score.

Closing it Out! 🎉

In the bottom of the 9th, our defense shut down any hope for the Braves. Rosario, Duvall, and Murphy couldn't find their way on base, giving us a well-deserved celebration.

Way to go, Cards! On to the next one! 🥳⚾❤️
