Rays Dominate Opening Innings
What a start for the Tampa Bay Rays! The game got off to a great start for us as Chandler Simpson sparked the offense with a single in our very first at-bat. A double from Brandon Lowe showered us with a quick run thanks to Simpson hustling around the bases.
The Orioles couldn’t respond in their half of the 1st inning, and we managed to keep them scoreless with some slick defense, despite a fielding error by Bob Seymour.Brandon Lowe Sets The Tone Once Again
As if scoring in the 1st inning wasn't enough, Brandon Lowe came back swinging, literally, in the 3rd inning, smashing a homer to right field!
Our lead extended further as Hunter Feduccia and Richie Palacios turned up the pressure with some marvelous plays which boosted us to a 3-0 lead mid-way through the game. Strong Finish Leads To Sweet Victory
The Rays kept the momentum rolling going into the late innings with another run in the 7th, thanks to a strategic groundout by Junior Caminero allowing Simpson to score easily. From there, a powerful strike by Jake Mangum in the 8th inning with a 418-foot homer sealed the deal, taking us to an overwhelming 6-0 lead.
The Orioles managed to scrap a couple of runs back in the 8th inning due to a stray wild pitch but our bullpen, led by Pete Fairbanks, closed out the game fantastically in the 9th inning, ensuring a solid 6-2 victory. 
What a performance from the Rays! Let’s carry this energy into the rest of the season!
