A Riveting Finish in Baltimore
What a rollercoaster
Early Game Stalemate
The game started off with both teams struggling to capitalize on opportunities during the first two innings, remaining scoreless. While our bullpen did a fantastic job containing the Rays, it was clear we needed to shake things up at the plate. In the bottom of the 3rd inning, Ryan Mountcastle broke the silence with a powerful solo homer to right field, putting the O's on the board and igniting some hope amongst us in the stands. Unfortunately, the Rays answered back in the top of the 3rd, taking a 3-1 lead after some clutch hitting. The Turning Point
The 5th inning saw Mountcastle once again step up to the plate, grounding a single to bring Dylan Beavers home and trim the Rays' lead to 3-2. A tense back-and-forth ensued, with the Rays tacking on two more runs to extend their lead to 5-2 in the 6th. But our O's dug deep. The 8th inning was the game-changer as Coby Mayo smashed a two-run homer, tying the game at 5-5 after Ryan Mountcastle and Jeremiah Jackson expertly maneuvered the bases.A Walk-Off to Remember
With the score tied at 5-5 going into the bottom of the 9th, it was time for our boys to shine. Dylan Beavers came up big with a monstrous walk-off homer to right field, covering an incredible 417 feet! The crowd erupted, and the Orioles clinched the thriller 6-5. This victory was a testament to the tenacity and the never-back-down spirit of our team. It's moments like these that make us proud to call ourselves Orioles fans!

Onwards and upwards, O's! Let's keep this momentum going as we move further into the season. It's always a fantastic day when we take down the Rays!
