The game started off slow for our Brew Crew, with a scoreless first inning. Things took a worrying turn in the top of the 2nd inning when the Rangers managed to score, taking an early 1-0 lead. But in true Brewers fashion, the team bounced back in the 3rd inning with a powerful homer by Jake Bauers, bringing in Jackson Chourio, Christian Yelich, and Willy Adames—a fantastic 3-run blast that had the home crowd roaring!
Shaky Middle Innings for the Pitching Staff
We saw a bit of everything from our pitchers today. The Rangers fought hard, tying the game 4-4 in the top of the 4th inning thanks to some formidable hitting. But Jackson Chourio quickly ignited a spark with his thrilling inside-the-park homer to level the score once again! It was a relentless battle through every inning.Resilient Defense and Solid Relief
Our bullpen played a critical role in keeping us in the game. Jakob Junis, Dakota Hudson, and Joel Payamps all delivered crucial innings, preventing any further damage from the Rangers' lineup.
