Game Recap: Braves Battle the Nationals
What a game, folks! The Atlanta Braves squared off against the Washington Nationals and grinded out a nail-biting victory with a final score of 3-2!
The excitement started to build in the 5th inning. With Michael Harris II launching a 444-foot home run to right center, the Braves finally leveled the game at 1-1. That solo shot set the tone for the rest of our game. Harris II came in hot again in the 7th with his second homer of the night, this one a 424-foot rocket to center, pushing our lead to 3-1. What a performer!

Acuña Jr. and Harris II Lead the Charge
But let’s not forget about Ronald Acuña Jr., who had a standout moment of his own in the 6th inning. His 433-foot solo blast to right-center gave the Braves the lead for the first time, making it 2-1. Our dynamic duo, Acuña Jr. and Harris II, were on fire, truly leading by example!

Solid Pitching Secures the Win
Our pitching crew deserves a round of applause for locking it down when it mattered most. Iglesias came in to close, showing nerves of steel. After a little tension with a walk by Josh Bell (replaced by Paul DeJong as a pinch runner), he sealed the deal by getting Jacob Young to strike out swinging, sending us home victorious.
This win, fueled by power-hitting and lights-out pitching, leaves us cheering for more. Go Braves!
